Diskette Subscription Form

| The
Stamping Office is offering monthly reports of agency/policy detail activity
on 3.5 inch PC diskettes to any agent requesting this service. This is a
free service. Surplus lines agents receiving their monthly reports on the
diskettes find them easier to reconcile against agency records that the
usual paper monthly reports. Agents should evaluate their computer programs
to determine which format will work most effectively for them. We offer the
following three (3) data formats:
Basic Sequential (.BAS) in
delimited or comma separated format, providing character and numeric data
for consecutive processing by Basic programs;ASCII Text (.TXT),
providing character data used for downloading to user-written PC application
programs or word processing applications; andDIF (.DIF), providing
data format used for downloading to PC spreadsheet programs such as Lotus or
Excel.Files are shipped in
compressed form and must be expanded by using PKZIP software that is
included with the diskette.
